Would like to say thank you to the amazing, friendly and professional team. I have received excellent care. Definitely would recommend it. Thank you so much!

When you book an appointment at our luxurious St John's Wood dental practice, a member of our friendly, helpful reception team will arrange your first visit at a convenient time, making every effort to fit around your busy lifestyle. For convenience, appointments can be booked online or via email with email or SMS reminders being sent out prior to your visit. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours' notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

On arrival at our clinic, a member of our reception team will provide you with a medical history form to complete and take you into our patient lounge, designed with relaxation and tranquillity in mind. Please ensure you fill the medical history form in completely as it alerts us to any medications you may be taking and any medical conditions that could affect your treatment options. If you have come to us from another practice and have any dental records or recent x-rays, please bring these with you too.

For patients interested in cosmetic treatment and digital smile design, we offer you the option to "Smile Assessment". Simply email us a smile selfie and we can assess it before your appointment.

When your appointment is due, your clinician will greet you in the patient lounge and then walk with you into the surgery. On our new patient examinations, our clinicians carry out a full mouth assessment, carefully examining your teeth, gums and surrounding structures. We will measure your gums and assess your gum health, and will address any specific concerns or reasons that have brought you to the practice. We also provide oral cancer screening as standard at all general dental check-ups.

X-rays, photographs and scans are taken as necessary to aid with diagnosis and treatment planning. Should you need any further treatment, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan, including estimated costs and timescales. You will always be provided with full information about any treatments, so that you can make an informed choice about your options.
