Enlighten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Aura Dental<\/strong>, we offer teeth whitening with Enlighten, and we use\nthis product because it guarantees a Vita Shade B1 for all patients. With\nEnlighten\u2019s Evolution professional whitening, we can achieve lighter teeth by\nup to 16 shades lighter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does Enlighten work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For patients who need to lighten their\nteeth due to stains caused by coffee, red wine or smoking, we will first\nprovide a special toothpaste that prepares teeth for the Enlighten treatment.\nThis toothpaste contains properties that are found in the enamel of your teeth,\nand it reduces tooth sensitivity and helps the whitening process to be\nsuccessful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have used your toothpaste, we\nwill then get custom-made trays manufactured for your mouth. We will need to\ntake impressions and send these away for the trays to be made to fit you. Once\nwe receive your trays, we will give them and the whitening gel to you to take\nhome with you. You will put the gel into the trays and wear them overnight\nevery night for a fortnight. After the two weeks, you will then have a final\n40-minute treatment at our clinic to get the final boost to your fabulous\nresults. We will then give you more gel to use for maintenance at home when you\nfeel you need another boost every now and again as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does teeth whitening hurt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the special toothpaste\nthat we provide you with is to minimise any tooth sensitivity, so you shouldn\u2019t\nexperience pain. We also provide you with the exact amount of gel you need to\nput in your trays each night, so there is no need to worry about it going\nanywhere it shouldn\u2019t!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
